Monthly Archive for September, 2008
It was good catching up with Jim, Ryan, Adam and Cory at LikeMind Orlando this morning. Most of the other regulars don’t roll in until well after the time I shot the above video. LikeMind happens third Friday of each month. We, and other like minded individuals, get together to talk about the latest happenings around town and in our individual spheres of influence. I always come away with a new discovery or with fresh inspiration. You can see from the video that we were talking about Twitter’s re-design this morning along with several other topics of interest.
On Saturday the 27th at 3pm I’ll be leading a discussion called Video-A-Go-Go at the BlogOrlando conference. Internet distributed video in all its fascinating forms is an ever shifting sea of possibilities and pitfalls.
So…..to avoid the pitfalls and rock the socks off the competition we’ll be discussing the latest developments in streaming video, life-casting, interactive videocasting, live geo-coded video and much much more. This Free event extends from Thursday the 25th of September through Saturday evening. The main event is a day long un-conference with topics raining from best blogging and social media practices to high tech ‘how to’ sessions on a wide assortment of intent related tools and applications.
Registration is free so head over to the BlogOrlando site and sign up to join us for this un-conventional conference.
See you Saturday!
